  • 1:1 sessions

  • Group events and workshops

  • Digital content and self-paced materials

All services are delivered online unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Account Creation

To access certain content (such as online course materials), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Booking and Payments:

  • Payments may be processed via the Site directly or through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice (at our discretion).

  • No refunds are provided for digital products, online programs, or missed sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including videos, texts, graphics, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Magnetic Nature SRL or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or security features

  • Share or redistribute course content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimer of Healing Services

Our services, including shamanic healing work, inner-child guidance, and energy practices, are intended to support emotional wellbeing and personal development.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. The content on this Site and any services provided are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for physical or mental health concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnetic Nature SRL shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits

  • Use or inability to use the Site or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Session & Event Recordings

Some of our sessions, courses, or group events may be recorded for the purpose of providing replays or resources to registered participants and members.

  • Private sessions or closed-group programs may be recorded and shared only with those enrolled in the same program, inside a secure members-only area.

  • These recordings including participant shares are not made public and are not used for advertising or promotional purposes.

We may record public events or live workshops, but we will always ask for verbal consent before using any part of such recordings for advertising or promotional use.

We may also use:

  • Video testimonials or feedback only if provided voluntarily and with clear verbal or written permission from the participant.

  • Group footage (e.g., from a live class) may be used for promotional purposes only with participant consent.

If you do not wish to appear in any recording, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during private sessions, group programs, or events.

  • Any stories, emotions, or experiences shared by participants are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed, unless:

    • Explicit permission is given by the participant, or

    • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)

We also ask that all participants in group settings respect the confidentiality of others and refrain from sharing other participants' information outside the session.
 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the Site, you accept the updated Terms.
