We release stagnant energy from your body, opening your centres. We release stuck emotions. We untie ancestral knots inherited from parents and grandparents. You get to break old patterns. > regain freedom & joy > increase vitality > increase self love > reduce anxiety, fear, anger, shame, guilt > get clarity & insights Session outlook: - 15 min intro discussion to get to know your current state and needs (for a 1st session this might need to be longer) - guided meditation to align & enter a state of higher consciousness - energy clearing (usually w sound, can be shamanic drum if in person) - guided journey to find the root cause, bring healing and re-program - integration - debrief Based on specific needs, session can include: - soul retrieval - past lives healing - energy body / DNA activation - ancestral healing
