Imagine a week in Guatemala, waking to the sound of birds and the shimmer of Lake Atitlán. Ancient volcanoes seem to guard your transformation. Each morning, you walk barefoot on the earth, feeling both the mystery and the call to shed what no longer serves you.

Over three days, you journey in women’s and men’s circles through sacred practices drawn from the Path of the Rose. You are guided through clarity, purification, and rebirth: breath, movement, ritual, silence, and sound weaving together like prayer.
One by one you make choices over your life. Supported by the group, you shed old skins and awaken that which you truly are. You get to meet again your Real Self and rebirth your feminine-masculine expression. Third day you approach the water in ritual, letting it bathe and baptise a new version of You.

And then... you meet again — 13 women and 13 men — in ceremony by the water, where the old self dissolves and the new one rises. Laughter, tears, firelight, stars reflected in the lake holding the torch for the new oaths you make for yourself.

The Path Unfolds in Three Stages
Over three days at the mystical Lake Atitlán, you will walk through a carefully crafted process, a living ritual of becoming.

While the men and women journey separately through the first three days, their processes mirror one another.
The Feminine Path — somatic flow, womb awakening, inner alchemy, softness and surrender.
The Masculine Path — strength, clarity, presence, the sacred warrior’s heart.
Each journey leads to the same moment: the rebirth of essence —
where the two paths meet again in celebration, recognition, and sacred union.

The Setting — Lake Atitlán, Guatemala
Held in two beautiful venues overlooking the volcanic lake.
Accommodation is not included, giving you the freedom to stay where your spirit feels most at home.
We’ll provide recommendations nearby.
After the 3-day retreat, you are invited to stay for 3 optional integration days — a softer time of connection, exploration, and shared activities around the lake.

Amia Rosa
Amia is a Magdalene Priestess. Her mission and love in this life is to serve the return of the Goddess and Christ consciousness in all hearts. She blends deep meditation, mystical ritual with shamanic healing, catalysing a rebirth. Her containers bring powerful transformations, yet she holds you in gentle care, hears your own rhythm allowing you to bloom in your own time. Her training spans from tantra, yoga and breathwork to inner child healing, shamanic and Egyptian healing and Goddess ritual.

Michael Simons
Michael’s Spiritual Journey with the Rose began 4 years in ago on Lake Atitlan, Guatelmala. In this sacred Mayan land, a sudden and powerful awakening began to reveal the nature of his path in working with the Divine Masculine and in designing and building sacred spaces that facilitate deep healing and transformation. Michael soon began co-creating workshops that empowered people to find their Soul’s purpose and begin their own journey towards this, and has acquired land to build the first Temple of Light with the support of others.
Since his awakening in Guatemala Michael has also lived in Glastonbury, crossing paths and forming lasting bonds with sisters and brothers of the Rose and has now begun creation of a growing global community. The ‘Path of the Rose’ was born out of a ceremony on Easter Sunday, 2025 in Bali, where he received a very powerful sign that the time has come to initiate Brothers of the Rose and in doing so begin the path to sacred union for those initiates to meet their Divine counterparts.
